Live Chat Volunteer
These volunteers are home-based and field questions via live chat from those who have taken the assessment and have questions. A strong internet connection, moderately fast typing ability, and an up-to-date personal computer is required for this role. Recommended but not necessary: experience in a customer support role.
Days & Times: 7 days a week, 7am-7pm - 6 hour shifts.
Training: Zoom training in advance + In-service training 30 minutes before first shift.
