Information Technology (IT) Support Volunteers will maintain and troubleshoot basic IT issues related to connectivity, laptops, and scanners to ensure smooth operation of the testing site. They will not interact directly with patients but will be provided with the appropriate level of personal protective equipment (PPE) given their shift location.

 

Days & Times: 7 days a week, 7am-7pm - 6 hour shifts.

Training: Zoom training in advance + In-service training 30 minutes before first shift.
